Parque Nek Ha
Real Estate with Intention. Architecture with Purpose. Design with Soul.
The Collaboration Behind Parque Nek Ha
In a market often driven by speed and speculation, Parque Nek Ha emerges from a different place: one rooted in intention, research, and a shared vision for the future of living in Tulum.
This flagship project is the result of a strategic collaboration between Mycelium Building Company and Hypha Inc., two entities aligned by a common belief: that real estate can (and should) be more than construction. It should be a living system, designed to elevate both human experience and long-term value.
A New Era of Living in Tulum
Parque Nek Ha represents over four years of research, development, and design. It is the convergence of some of the most forward-thinking talent in Tulum, brought together with a singular objective:
To elevate the lifestyle of Tulum, without disconnecting it from its essence.
As Tulum evolves from a small jungle town into a globally recognized destination, the challenge is not growth itself, but how that growth is shaped. Nek Ha responds to this moment by introducing a new standard: one that integrates infrastructure, comfort, and modern living, while preserving direct contact with the pristine natural environment that defines the region.
Designing from Intention: The Role of Hypha Inc.
At Hypha, our role extended far beyond aesthetics. We approached Nek Ha as a complete ecosystem: one that required strategic clarity before visual execution.
Our work focused on:
Defining the conceptual foundation of the project
Understanding the psychology and aspirations of our niche market
Translating those insights into a brand that communicates with depth and precision
From the earliest stages, the goal was clear:
to create a brand that speaks before it explains.
A brand capable of resonating instantly with investors, residents, and collaborators alike.
From Vision to Reality
The journey began in 2022, with early explorations using emerging tools such as MidJourney, leveraging strong prompts and conceptual sketching to visualize possibilities beyond traditional architectural processes.
What followed was a continuous evolution:
from raw ideas to refined systems, from abstract vision to tangible experience.
By 2026, Parque Nek Ha stands as a fully realized expression of that process: an honest design built from the ground up, where every layer has been considered, tested, and aligned with the original intention.
A Holistic Approach to Development
Hypha’s involvement spanned across multiple dimensions:
Branding & Identity Systems
Graphic Design & Visual Language
Web Design & Digital Experience
Content Strategy & Production
More importantly, our role extended into the development mindset itself, working alongside Mycelium not only as creatives, but as strategic partners in shaping how the project is perceived, understood, and positioned in the market.
The result is a unified communication ecosystem where every touchpoint reinforces the same narrative:
clarity, trust, and long-term value.
Design That Performs
In today’s landscape, design is not just visual: it is functional, emotional, and financial.
Through a data-informed approach, we’ve been able to align storytelling with performance, ensuring that the project not only inspires, but also converts. From digital campaigns to investor communication, every decision has been measured against one key metric:
Does it build trust?
Because in real estate: especially in a market like Tulum, trust is the true currency.
A Model for the Future
Parque Nek Ha is not an isolated case: it is a prototype.
A demonstration that it is possible to develop real estate with a deeper level of responsibility, coherence, and strategic thinking. A model where sustainability is not a feature, but a foundation. Where architecture responds to climate. Where branding reflects truth, not trends.
At Hypha, we are prepared to extend this methodology to other developments that share the same ambition:
To build with intention
To communicate with clarity
To create long-term value for investors, stakeholders, and communities
Towards a More Conscious Tulum
The future of Tulum will be defined by the decisions made today.
Parque Nek Ha stands as a commitment to doing things differently—to proving that growth and preservation are not opposites, but partners when guided by the right vision.
Real Estate with Intention.
Architecture with Purpose.
Design with Soul.
This is not just a project.
It’s a direction.
